Daniel Pascoe Aguilar, Ph.D., MDiv, is the Founding Director of the Center for Social Justice and Chief Diversity Officer at Excelsior University. There, he is co-leading the inception of a JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) agenda based on a systemic approach to DEI and social justice organizational development. Daniel is passionate about problem-solving and collaborating with students, alums, the university community, and community organizations to develop the next generation of purpose-driven, diverse, and interculturally sensitive leaders. Over the last 20+ years, Daniel has led career services at a variety of public and private institutions, including Indiana University Bloomington, University of North Texas, Seattle University, University of Oregon, Ithaca College, and Drew University.
